Cheap - In Every Sense of the Word - Updated : NewAir AW-280E NewAir Thermoelectric Wine Cooler With Touch Screen LED Light

Looks good from a length but cheaply made. I have had mine about 6 months. It is quite noisy - I have it in my living room and you can hear it running the whole time.

It is unable to keep to my requested climatic characteristic of 55c (ideal temp for white wine storage). As I write this it is struggling at 59c.

I had a Haier before and that worked great before it died after 2 years. I am not sure what the deal is with wine fridges. Unless you spend $800+, there doesn't seem to be a reliable unit out there.
